Returns & Exchanges

At Florence by Mills Fashion, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip inside to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be issued within 7-10 business days.
